We are relocating out of states and are sad to leave the area. We love our home immensely and chose because of its unique style, great landscaping, a daylight basement and views of the city (including the Capitol) and the Cascades.
The neighborhood is fantastic with many good neighbors. We recently got to know them all and we are sad that we won't have an opportunity to get to know them better.
